A family tradition of over 370 years alone is not enough to compete in today’s markets even though long-standing tradition is
vastly important as far as experience and exclusiveness are concerned.
What we have to offer to your customers is a complete list of wines from all German winegrowing regions, starting with low-
priced table wines which guarantee continuous sales, up to the exclusive
“Spätlese”、“Eiswein”、“Trockenbeerenauslese” and other estae-bottled specialities for connoisseurs. Among our strong
points are we have four our single and own vineyards, and the efficient and careful handling of the grapes in our own
vineyards, the quality controlled bottling process and the safe and fast delivery of the wine.
世界名酒錄當中，最奇妙的就是冰酒。當第一口金黃色的透明酒體在唇舌間滑過，那種酸甜相間、馥郁卻又不失清醇的圓潤口感便留在了記憶里。
［藍冰博士］冰酒採用德國DR.ZENZEN葡萄莊園的雷司令(Riesling)白葡萄釀製而成。雷司令(Riesling)集優良寒帶品種之精華，而德國無論在栽培及釀製技術上都居世界領先地位；在歐洲，［藍冰博士］冰酒常是各種高級宴會的餐酒。自1890年至今，［藍冰博士］冰酒一直在世界名酒錄上榜上有名。
德國的DR.ZENZEN葡萄莊園，位於德國萊茵喜森的西北部，這裡的緯度高、溫度低。世界有名的萊茵河（RHINE）從這裡環繞流過，兩岸景色秀麗。DR.ZENZEN是萊茵喜森最傑出的酒莊之一，出產的NOBLESSE［藍冰博士］冰酒，不但酒質香甜、醇美、富有鮮果香味；而且特別設計的流線型藍色玻璃酒瓶，外觀獨特，工藝精湛，使消費者愛不釋手。酒瓶還可作插花裝飾使用；真是物超所值，飲用后永留回憶。
